Clean, bright room with carpeted floors. No mini bar, but there's a teapot and coffee machine with capsules. Good restaurant, closed on weekends. Several dining options nearby. Underground parking available for a fee. Daily parking code from reception. a pleasant stay.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great amenities. The hotel had convenient parking and transportation options.

The hotel's location just off the Autoroute du Soleil made it very convenient for our journey. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight. The staff, particularly Swanny at reception, were friendly and helpful. Despite not being in the city center, there was a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore Lyon. I would highly recommend Lyon-Ouest for its value and pleasant atmosphere.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for a stay in a modern neighborhood on the Saone banks. Despite being outside the center, the location is quiet and peaceful. The staff is welcoming and attentive, making you feel truly taken care of during your stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and I loved the attention to detail with the facilities for making tea provided on the fourth floor. Moreover, the breakfast selection is great, ensuring a delicious and energizing start to the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right by the river. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and beautiful river views. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed having access to secure underground parking. it was a wonderful experience.
The Wi-Fi was not very reliable during our stay.

Clean, big rooms. Nice, helpful staff. Convenient location with nearby restaurants and bus stops. Good breakfast and restaurant. Perfect for a 3-star hotel.
